2024 Honda Talon 1000x Live Valve

When i received the particle separator and removed everything from the box, i noticed some rattling inside the main unit. After shaking it a bit, two small screws fell out. after shaking it more there was still a rattle. I ended up splitting the case to see what was going on and low and behold, one of the fans was not attached to the main body. The other rattle going on inside was the protector that bolts on with the fan. I ended up being two screws short on re-mounting the un-installed fan. I robbed one screw from the other fan so that both fans could have three screws. The install went smooth with no problems, the particle separator seems to be doing the job it was intended to do. S&B’s customer service is top notch, they did a follow up call to see how everything went. I let the gentlemen know about what happened with the fan, he promptly sent me out replacement screws for the fan. I wasn’t really worried about it but it was nice to have customer service like this seeing though customer service with other companies i have dealt with lately has been seriously lacking.
