I did not install this tank myself. However, the installer told me it was very easy to install and no problems at all. He said it looked very well built and durable. I am really looking forward to having 60 gallons on board when hauling my 5th wheel on long trips. I just hope that S&B comes up with a solution soon for the Silverado programming issues.

Installation of the new 62 gal. tank was fairly uneventful. That being said, it would be helpful in your installation video if you emphasized the fact that the vehicle needs to be raised off the floor 4-6 inches to facilitate the installation. Other than that, no issues or "surprises".

So this is a testament to the toughness of this 62 gallon tank. My mechanic’s shop is about 1 mile from my house, so why tie down the tank right!! Surely it will not fly out of the back of my truck! Wrong. About 1/2 mile down the road the tank took flight!! Just missing the truck behind me and tumbled down the road at 45 mph. I feared the worth as it was brand new and still in the box, well the box did not fair well, but the tank just had a small scratch! High quality and very tough!! Thank you
