Fits perfectly. Do be aware that your fuel gage may show full for a long time compared to the regular sized tank.

02 F-250 7.3 4x4

I am now done and very excited to have this much volume to store fuel. I will say that removing the drive shaft made it MUCH easier to install. I replaced everything including the fill lines and the fuel sensor assembly. I was told by S&B that the flow valve MUST be installed.
