S&B 55 Gallon High-Capacity Fuel Tank for the 2006-2024 Dodge / Ram Mega Cab Short Bed

The product in itself is ok. The installation instructions need to be updated to include the newest model and your technical support needs to be on top of their game also, because I called for help and was told those parts didn't apply to our application (24 RAM 3500), so after working a couple of hours on the front strap. I called again, got a different tech who asked if I had watched the installation video, which I had not. In the video it clearly shows the front U-Bolt clamp being used and not the OEM strap. As a shop owner, wasting two hours unnecessarily really kills the profit margin. Now the sad thing is it still didn't work because of a plastic line holder, that is not mentioned. After removing that, I finally had enough clearance to make the bracket work. Do better SB!

2019 Ram 3500 srw

I must fill tank very slowly, I would imagine due to restriction of check valve. I would recommend ridge in bottom of tank like factory tank to help support fuel pump during fuel slosh while driving. I had no problems installing tank. Recommend removing black plastic shavings from inside fuel tank before shipping to customer. Overall I am pleased with tank. I haven't driven yet to see what range is.
