Lympha

I travel often and my lower legs usually swell after flights, even when I wear compression socks. I have been taking this for a few weeks before my last trip and noticed a lot less swelling when I got home. Wish I had found this sooner!

I have a lot of friends that swear by lymphatic drainage but it's never been part of my routine. I started noticing the puffiness in my face in the morning getting worse and went looking for something I could actually do consistently. Found Lympha, spent some time on their science page, and it seemed legit enough to try! It’s expensive and the taste takes some getting used to, but I’m on day 18 and my face looks less swollen around my eyes and jaw. I’m not someone who normally sticks with supplements but I'm still taking this one.

I do MLD every few weeks and have for a long time so I kind of know how my body feels between sessions. Since starting this, I have been feeling less “congested” (I guess is the word) and my body definitely isn’t holding onto things the way it was. My appointments feel more maintenance than catch-up now. Been taking it for about 3 weeks and will be buying another bottle.
