Beautiful, good quality locket. A real heirloom. Beautifully presented. Customer service is excellent. I had an issue with when it was to be delivered. Customer service were very helpful and efficient.

Locket was smaller than expected but I can’t fault the finish or quality, very pleased with the surprise Christmas present for my partner

Nice locket, good service

Order arrived promptly but the locket didn't close properly. A free returns label was provided and a replacement dispatched which arrived just in time. Service was good. My only comments would be: it would be nice to have a phone number that is answered, rather than a message telling you just to email them (not everyone can/wants to email); it would be good to have items inspected prior to dispatch, to reduce the need to return. Otherwise, good service and a nice locket.
