Actually, I liked that the creator contacted me personally by phone to address an email I sent to find out how long it would take to receive my order due to me adding the reading glass component. I appreciated it because it's rare for someone to give you a call. It's a loss art now a days. Her contacting me told me that I made the right decision. Especially, when I bought my first glasses at an event called Black on the Block, which was my first time going to in WDC. I liked the vibe and energy of the person who sold me my first pair of glasses. I was proud to give my dollars to a black women who owed the eye glass company. Plus, the additional velvet red bag and beautifully designed enclosed box, glass holder, and yellow cleaning cloth that was provided in both items purchased.
