SMALLER THAN EXPECTED

nothing wrong with product itself , but size of locket is smaller than i was expecting. in the photos and video on web site the memory locket looks bigger. The unlocking was diffulcut but thats probably because it was new . But apart from the size the product is very good and very quick service from order to delivery. Also communication with staff before purchase and during purchase excellent. Again only gave 4 stars due to being a bit dissaopointed in the size of locket. Maybe they could mention that in future advertising.

"LOVED IT, BUT CLASPS ARE TRICKY

Very easy to order and deliver was very efficient. Was a present for 70 th birthday and it was very much loved . It looks great , pictures and engraving came out well . Only slight negatives are the clasps are a bit delicate/ tricky especially for an older person and the price is a little on the high side . Overall great present and company to deal with.
