Tazman Special Color Mid Platform UGG Slippers

I accidentally placed an order while checking shipping costs through the Shop app, which had my payment and address details stored. I contacted UGG Online immediately to request cancellation before dispatch, but was told the order had already entered the fulfilment process and could not be cancelled. As a result, I was required to pay the original shipping costs, return shipping costs, and a restocking fee, despite trying to resolve the mistake straight away. The items were shipped together, making the multiple shipping charges particularly frustrating. I contacted customer service several times seeking a reasonable solution or goodwill gesture, but my requests were declined and communication eventually stopped. I understand businesses need policies, but I believe there should be some flexibility when a customer reaches out immediately after an accidental purchase. The lack of assistance and unwillingness to offer a practical resolution left me disappointed

Love them . Price is brillant fit well . I git a size 5 ladies and i have wide feet . But would fit wide or normal fitting
