I was super happy to find a Canadian source for this product. Similar products from the Unstable States of America were twice the price after shipping and currency conversion. The unit arrived promptly and the support during installation was excellent. The product looks and works great.

Where do I even start….terrible experience with Tec Vanlife. Ordered the product and took over 3 months to receive. Needed to continue to follow up to check status. Only to receive the same response. We will look into. Once received it was a hot mess. Packaging was damaged, ladder was scratched and bolt was bent. I couldn’t be more disappointed in this product and company. Avoid this company unless you enjoy the run around.
