Bag is as descrived. Ice packs are good. Dont get the water bladder. It doesnt hold 40oz because there is nonway ti fill it to 40oz and close it. There js not way to grab it and close it without spilling half the water out. Camelback has a handle to close the bladders, this product doesnt and it diesnt quite work.
