It’s okay. They were out of the color I originally ordered and the second choice as well. It takes a long time to contact anyone since by via email only. The color I ended up getting was dusty pink but it looks lavender and I could have bought it locally at my hospital gift shop. The bag gets dirty easily with minimum use.
