Filtered Showerhead

I cant open it to see the filter and I cant get the old one off. Need to cancel the subscription for now for the filters.

10 out of 10 recommend. As a South Florida/Miami Beach resident, our tell tale unfiltered water leaves pink mineral and chlorine stains on anything surface it sits on. I cleaned my shower before I installed the shower head and intentionally have not cleaned for two weeks. Not a single stain in my shower. My hair color stopped fading. My acne is gone. My skin feels softer. Cannot recommend this shower head enough. Am now recommending to all my friends and family!!! A+++++++
