Completely off of the picture, some wierd peach pink color, took forever to ship and receive even after a pre order

Color of the hat was completely different from the preorder picture to what was delivered. Even the color of the rope on the hat was different. I've tried reaching out about exchanging it though I have not received a response back on what hats are available to exchange for as the website says everything is sold out.
