Subtle but interesting flavor

It's pretty subtle. Adding a small amount to a true sweet potato (the white flesh) was great. The hint of yuzu added complexity to the starchiness of the potato, not to mention a beautiful creaminess. A little bit of this product was added to plain stir fry broccoli and cauliflower and the yuzu element was totally lost. Perhaps too much heat broke it down. This might be better in dressings or as finishing oil.

Bright refreshing and zesty Yuzu flavor really comes through! I will definitely be adding this to my list of pantry staples.
