Pharmacopia Citrus Shampoo

Ordered 2 bottles of shampoo and received only one. The packing slip shows the order number and the quantity 2 of 2 packed. Well, the only shipped one. They are aware of their mistake and I hope they make up for it and send me the next bottle ASAP.. It will make me think twice about ordering from them in the future, how sad.

Smaller size

The first bottle was 16oz. This one is 12oz. Why the downsizing? The product itself is excellent. Tim
