The Velvetiser - Classic Charcoal

Very wasyvto set up and use. Just add 220ml milk. A chocolate packet and hit the button. Chocolate comea out hust the right temperature. Flavors a very rich and hold. The chocolate flavor is very prominent. Doea kind of over power any flavor a Chocolate pack may have. Mint chocolate for example theres only a hint of mint in the the background. Mugs that come with it a very nice. Well worth the price!

I absolutely love this. My morning beverage is a latte so I add milk, finely ground coffee and cinnamon. The result is fluffy and delicious and perfect. I had a small issue with the first machine I ordered, and customer service was amazing - sent me an entire new machine. I have since bought another.

My first Velvetizer stopped working after a week or two, probably from exhaustion! I reached out to the company and they made it right. In fact, their customer service was so above and beyond that we are now totally loyal and will buy lots more chocolate and purchase kits for gifts whenever a gift is needed. They didn't hesitate, they didn't make me feel like I was asking too much. Just classy great service that deserves our business.
