I love this charm, green is my favorite and the color pay off is even prettier in person. The shape is very natural and unique. When I ordered it came quickly, unfortunately it was a little too small for the chain (dainty cable I believe— which is also perfect). I reached out to the company and they sent a new one with no fuss in a fairly decent amount of time. Overall great experience as always, will purchase more from And Arlene in the future.
