Iced Cuban Chain + Bracelet (Gold) - 8mm

While removing plastic covering, the chain broke. The bracelet tangles easily and broke while putting it on for the first time. I requested a refund and it was not an option. Just offered a replacement which is useless since the product is the product... so same situation, basically.
