Love this coffee! Wonderful, Smokey rich flavour, much like French Roast.Not at all bitter. And I love it comes in 5# bags. While other companies shrink packaging,Grey Ridge sells in 460 gram or 5 #bags. Saves on packaging and therefor helps our Planet. And while I live in the North now, this coffee is roasted by a business in a small Manitoba town very near where I grew up. Makes me happy to support small business while enjoying my morning brew!
