I recently bought this item then I paid for next day delivery but this item did not come the next day or the day after. So I got worried hoping I hadn’t been scammed so I got in touch with customer service about the issue. Then they replied back very quickly and were very helpful and polite they gave me a full refund on the delivery and promised to get in touch about the delivery. This item then came the next day thanks to the person who I contacted. Came well packaged good quality and lovely item. Just wanted to say that the customer service is excellent. Very professional and very helpful.
