I’m extremely disappointed with the quality of the fur I received and the complete lack of customer service afterward. The fur arrived poor condition and was uneven, lumpy, and low quality compared to what was advertised or expected. Instead of having a smooth, usable texture, it looks inconsistent and poorly made, making it difficult to work with and nowhere near worth the price. What made the experience even worse was trying to resolve the issue. I reached out regarding the poor quality and received no meaningful response or assistance. When a company sells a product with quality issues, the bare minimum should be responsive customer service and an effort to make things right. Instead, I was left feeling ignored after spending money on a product that did not meet reasonable expectations. I would strongly recommend buyers think twice before ordering unless they are willing to risk poor quality materials and little support if something goes wrong.
