Beautiful earrings, customer service questionable

The earrings are beautiful and match the necklace perfectly. I would love to order the matching ring however you can’t tell what size you’re ordering. I sent a message and an email to the company and haven’t received a response to either, which is why I’m taking away a star. I can only assume the customer service is terrible and if you have an issue you’ll have a difficult time getting it resolved. Too bad because the items really are beautiful, however EtSy also has many beautiful pieces.
