I bought Linden, Echinacea, and Plantain for my bunny Buddy, and he loves getting a mix of all three. All of them smell fresh and he takes to them well! I just wish the new packaging wasn't made of plastic as it isn't great for the environment or adding more unnecessary microplastics to our animal friends' diets.

Great product. Not so great service

The product is great. However, dealing with your AI was not so great. Would much rather deal with a human who understands the problem. Took more time to go back and forth with Timothy. A human would have been one and done. You have lost the appeal of a small company located in a small town.
