Chocolate Pecan Pie

Tasted more like a pecan fudge brownie than a chocolate pecan pie. Definitely Best served warm. I was hoping for traditional pecan pie filling with a layer of ganache or something similar. But, there was no pecan pie filling. Just a dense fudge filling. However, Overall, it was a good pie.

I gave it to a family for Thanksgiving. The compliments were tremendous. I normally wouldn't do this, but as having the pecan cakes multiple times, I knew the pecan fudge pie would be a hit.

Delicious pie! Flaky crust, fudgy base, with kust the right amount of pecans. The flavor is divine, and unique. Highly recommended!
