Never delivered

I ordered a pair of denim trousers, but the package was never delivered. Unfortunately, my attempts to request a replacement were unsuccessful because, according to your E-Commerce team, I did not select the “Neighborhood Watch” option during checkout. This experience has been extremely disappointing. As a result, I will not be placing any future orders with your brand.
