Knife was great, high carbon steel helps keep the edge but does stain. Not a worry when in the field. Customer service is excellent if you have any issue with your products.

I purchased Heaford knife about three weeks ago,and have had it in continual use since it arrived.
I have used it for food prep, dressing game and fish and wood carving. What I like about this knife is that so far it has exceeded all of my expectations.
The blade takes and holds a good edge,. The handle is comfortable to use even when bloody. The factory sheath works well aa a sleeper sheath, but I'd recommend replacing it with a better made one that retains the knife.
The bottom line is that I've flogged this knife in realistic manner and it's held up.
Would I consider buying another one, absolutely.
