Frustrated

Unfortunately I really wanted to love this carrier but I didn’t work for me at all and I didn’t see until after I’d bought it that I can’t return it. Very frustrating. I was expecting to be able to open it try my baby I’m it and return if it didn’t work. Unfortunately you don’t do returns so now I’m out $45 and still don’t have a good carrier for her.

I will be returning as this did not work for us.

I like it but the pocket doesn’t feel deep enough
