Your customer service is great! My only problem I had was we ordered one bag which was like $140. We got an email telling us that bag was not available in the color we wanted. So we ended up ordering another bag which was just a little under $100, which that was not an issue. The gentleman who helped us re-order the new bag was fantastic. The only issue I had was they did not tell me that I didn’t get free shipping and it was gonna cost me $30. I felt like I should not have had to pay that full amount due to the fact that the bag was not available that we originally ordered. Thank you
