This item is so cheap. When compared with my previous waterproof collar from Ruffwear, the collar material, hardware, and even the tag ring are way cheaper. Just pay the 6 extra dollars and buy it from Ruffwear. If I wouldn't lose $14 (shipping to and from), I would have returned. Very disappointed.
