I discovered Happy Wahine at the San Mateo Aloha Festival and purchased several of these folding shopping totes! After missing out on the ukelele pattern at the festival, I checked online to find it available along with so many other beautiful prints! These are perfectly sized for groceries without the bags being too heavy. They feel like exceptionally high quality material reusable bags, and come with a sturdy attached elastic band at the bottom to secure it folded or rolled up. The pouch is roomy at the top so you can stuff it in even if it’s not perfectly folded. The pouch zipper has a ring so you can clip the storage pouch to a lanyard or keychain or tuck it anywhere. You can also repurpose the zipper pouch to stash other items. I’m so pleased with these that I bought many to give as gifts (shh), but I’m planning to keep several as backups for myself!
