Incorrect order & very poor communication

The product I received was not the colour I ordered. Fair enough, could have been an honest mistake but despite emailing and phoning (left 2 voicemails) to request an exchange, Ive had zero acknowledgment or response. Won’t be shopping here again.

Great Product

I have been using the Eye of Horus goddess eyeliner pencil for quite some time now. It can be tricky to sharpen at times even though I use the proper sharpener. I love the product as I am very sensitive and it has never caused any allergy issues. Lasts for ages so good value for money
