Poor packaging and customer service

While we have loved Melin hats (my son owns 3), our last hat arrived on a very rainy day. I arrived home to a soaking wet box with a large dent in it. The hat had a good wrinkle in it. Melin requested that I “steam” the hat to help and would not take responsibility for the poor packaging. We will not purchase any additional hats from Melin. For the price, I expect better packaging than a flimsy cardboard box and far better customer service than I received.

Odysea Rope hats by Melin are my favorite. The construction, style and attention to detail is outstanding. I'm pleased with this purchase. The unique color is complimentary and sharp with blue jeans.
