Great product but no RA communication

To be honest, on May 26 I reached out via your policy to get an RA for the 5" filters which did not fit into my cabinet because my cabinet is 1/8" to small to exchange for the 4" but I have not received any communication on this matter. So I ordered the 4" separately. Per your policy a RA needs to be processed to return and to do the exchange. I could not wait any longer so I ordered the correct ones. I trust moving forward this return can be processed before taking another direction. Thus the reason for the 4 stars. But as the product itself, I deem it to be 5 stars.

Best product for the price. Used for 26 years

This is a great product and they are of good quality. I’ve used this for 26 years and I’m still using the same HVAC system.
