Ive been using the product as has been identified for use with my heating system. It works well, andthe companies service is consistently good

Bad customer service

The quality of the product is fine, but I accidentally ordered the wrong size for our unit and the customer care is horrible. There is no working phone number to call them since the one provided says out of order. I have emailed them multiple times but only received one response with unclear directions on what to do.
