Rested

I’m approximately 2 weeks in to taking this regularly, 2 tablets a night . I definitely think it’s making a difference, I’m sleeping more deeply , I still wake up sometimes but mostly I go back to sleep quite quickly. I’d like to give it a whole month before I totally commit, but so far so good. It’s very expensive, but if it works and doesn’t cause any side effects or drowsiness the next morning - which it doesn’t appear to, then it will be worth it.

These have been lifechanging for me. I have young children and wake up a lot in the night and these help me drift back off to sleep. I feel energised the next day too. Can’t recommend more!

So good to get a nights sleep! I started with 2 then increased to 3 and I'm now sleeping through the night, even with a bathroom visit around 2pm. Great stuff. Thanks
