Absolutely love. Cannot wait to see how my plants evolve with these amazing additions. Thank you so much. So glad to have found you!

In theory I think the idea is great. Moss poles are intimidating if you don’t know what to do - this did, admittedly, take a lot of that guess work for any new plant parent out of that. It came filled with the moss you needed, the instructions were pretty cut and dry. That said, the weight of it snapped my oldest and most sentimental (it was given to me by a friend who has since passed) plant in half. I do luckily think the plant can be saved with propagating and when I emailed them and let them know they were very sympathetic about it. But some things I did notice were that it did have a hard time staying in the soil. I ultimately did use it on one of my pothos but due to it not wanting to stand in the soil I had to put something heavier behind it for it to lean against and secure it to that. Another plant that I had put it on earlier in the day (without the heavier support on the back), it completely fell over, planter and all. And these are big, sturdy plants, they should have been able to hold the weight of these. So those are just some things that I think could be worked on. How to get it to sit better in the soil and now how to better secure it in general. This has so much potential to be a great product, taking a lot of the guess work out for new, overwhelmed plant parents with climbing plants. I’d be willing to maybe give it another shot… just not with my more expensive plants this time.

It is not sturdy enough to support even medium sized monsterias - and you never respond to requests to return it!! Terrible customer service.
