Great flavor , surprising rich taste for a light roast
It was the first time trying a light roast. For some reason I always thought medium and dark were more flavorful or deep, but I was wrong. The Ethiopia organic coffee surprised me so much, the taste is full and deep. I keep re ordering it, even after trying different ones, this is the only I'm drawn to.
I am using it with a Sage coffee filter (strong setting) on a medium grind - Amazing taste. Highly recommend it!
Also, McCabe's - great service, super fast delivery, only the most fresh coffee!
