Hersh Lahab Perfume - 100 ml

I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I have ordered from this company before, so I trusted them and expected the same quality. Unfortunately, this time I received a perfume that does not smell like the original fragrance at all. The scent is unpleasant, fades quickly, and makes me seriously question its authenticity. What is even more disappointing is the customer service. I have sent more than 7 emails requesting a replacement or refund, and no one has responded. Ignoring a loyal, returning customer is completely unacceptable. I never expected this level of poor quality and lack of support from a company I had trusted before. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend buying from them. If you value authentic products and responsive customer service, I suggest looking elsewhere.
