Simple solution for nordic curls

I've been using DIY solutions for nord curls for awhile before finally getting this and it gets the job done well. Simple and quick to put on and take off. There is a little wiggle no matter how much you tighten but it doesn't affect use as far as I can tell.

A great piece I actually use it with my ironmind wrist roller it makes it the best wrist roller setup of all time on my titan x-3 rack
