My experience with these shafts is excellent for my game. I've been using Designa Shafts for years. I do have an issue however. The issue is the Description for this product on the Darts Corner website. Be aware that although I am in Canada, I will NOT use the Darts Corner USA website and prefer to deal with the UK version. To begin, when I access the website, I am given the choices of "United States (Suggested)" or "Europe". Even though I'm in Canada (and not Europe), I will only chose the "Europe" option. Perhaps you should change this selection to be "All Other Locations" instead of "Europe". But the real issue is when I go to order the Designa Nylon Shafts. When I go to measure a shaft, I measure the "overall" length. In the case of the shafts I prefer, the overall length is about 40mm. However, the website shows the measurement for a shaft to only be the "exposed" length, which in my case would be 34mm. Neither of these measurements are accurate according to the website. When I made my order #684291, I had measured the shafts I already had from end to end (40mm) and therefore ordered the "Tweenie" size based on the website measurement of 41mm. However, when they were delivered, I found that the "Tweenie" shafts were actually closer to 45mm which is far too long for my use. I had to create another order #697005 to get the correct shafts. What you have listed as "Short (35mm)" are actually 39mm long, and it is only the "exposed" portion of the shaft that is 35mm long. It is this ambiguity within the descriptions on the website that created this error. If I was in the UK, returning the wrong shafts might have been easy. But being in Canada, the cost for me to return these shafts would have been ridiculous. This all could be avoided if the word "Exposed" was added before "Shaft Size" on the website page showing the various sizes and choices. As it turned out, I was able to recover my investment in the incorrect shafts when I sold them (in bulk) to a local vendor who travels to various Dart Tournaments in my area. But the entire episode was a huge hassle that could have been avoided by adding one word on the webpage. I would sincerely ask that you take my experience to heart and make that simple change to your website for any and all shafts that you sell. That simple addition of one word would have avoided the mistake, and avoided a lot of communication, emails, and trouble. Thank you.
