TOO LONG between roasting and brewing for optimal flavor
I felt like the coffee had been roasted for awhile before it was shipped. pkg says roasted on 4/8/26. I received the coffee on about 5/27/26. I think that is too long between roasting and brewing for optimal flavor.

COLD BREW DELIGHT
The Sumatra whole bean was coarse ground for cold water extraction. And the brewed in small batches for refrigeration. The concentrate mixed with hot water made an enjoyable cup.
