Isis Necklace

Updated review: Dara was kind enough to reach out and offer to correct the clasp and shorten the necklace. They truly care about customer happiness and I will be shipping back the necklace to get it just the way I was hoping for. I’m really impressed with their commitment to making this right. I am super obsessed with their creations and look forward to seeing their new pieces. This is my second Isis necklace due to sadly losing the first one out of stupidity. I was looking forward to the replacement, but unfortunately I noticed the clasp wasn’t the snake as it is mentioned in the description, but instead the leaf closure. Also, my first necklace was a vibrant “gold” whereas this one is more dim despite washing it with gentle soap and drying. I also noticed the length on this necklace was longer than my first one. I realize these are custom designs, but I really was just hoping to get the same design with the snake like the first time around. Other than that, a lovely piece.
