Don’t make these mistakes....

A fantastic piece of kit for your Breeo but two significant criticisms gave me pause. A number of people claimed that the rotisserie rod kept working its way out of the rotisserie motor as the meat was turning. Also, there was a complaint that the rod was not level but tilted down toward the fire. Both of these result from user error. The rods have a notch on the part that goes into the drive portion of the motor. It is important to push the rod in firmly so that it engages this notch. The tilting error occurs when you put the clamp on the outpost rod backwards. When you finish with the set up, the motor should be on the left, the handle and thumb screw should be on the right as viewed from the rotisserie motor looking towards the fire.. If you do this backwards, the rod will tilt down. If you do it right, it is pretty much dead level.
