Disappointed

The cup I ordered was cute, it didn't match the photos shown online. I contacted the company, sent and although they acknowledged the difference, they didn't take any action beyond apologizing. I was hoping for better customer service. I have multiple friends turning 50 this year and had planned on purchasing one for each of them. After this experience, I will not be purchasing again from this company hoping to find someone else that makes the same cup.We're very similar.

I was unhappy because I thought the picture was going to be made into a caricature and not the actual image so it looks weird

This is amazing. Turned out better than expected. Cant wait to give it to me aunt at her bday celebration.
