Relentless service & commitment to quality

I had purchased a few items in the past and was always so impressed by the quality. The last order I placed though, unfortunately came with some flaws/damage to the wording in the back of the sweatshirt. I zipped an email over to customer service along with a few pics to express my concern given how pleased I had been with previous orders. Within 24 hours I had received a response that this was absolutely not acceptable and a replacement would be shipped immediately. 10 days later I received the new sweatshirt and it was in top notch condition. Their commitment to quality and customer satisfaction is on point and some of the best I have experienced in many years. So well done team! You definitely have a customer for life and I will wholeheartedly continue on my journey to be relentless knowing you have my back! ❤️
