Expected More Than Was Delivered

I am not quite sure what I expected, but while the tumbler is OK, it didn't "Wow" me. The logo I sent to have imprinted on the tumbler came out the wrong color. Where is should be black, it is purple. I haven't actually used it yet, so I can't comment on the quality of the actual tumbler, but I will.
