I am extremely disappointed with this purchase. The quality of the item is very poor and does not match the price at all. For such a high price, I expected much better materials and craftsmanship. It feels cheap and not worth the money. What makes the experience even worse is the customer service. I contacted them regarding a return, but they never responded to my request. It is very frustrating to spend this much and receive no support afterward. I would not recommend this product or this company. Poor quality, overpriced, and terrible customer service.
