I absolutely love this product. It’s such a unique and fascinating concept — guests are always curious when they see a photo taken and then watch a robotic arm draw a personalized caricature. It always grabs attention and adds a memorable experience to any event. The system includes a free training session, which was extremely helpful for understanding the basics of the software and operation. I appreciate that support, because there is a noticeable learning curve. Some of the information isn’t very clear in the beginning, so I highly recommend setting aside time to explore, practice, and get comfortable with the features. The advertising showcases beautiful branded paper options, which really elevate the final product. However, there isn’t much guidance or tutorials on how to properly create or print this branded paper. I originally tried making my own at home, but it didn’t come out as expected and I eventually had to contact the sales manager for clarification. On the positive side, the help hotline has been a lifesaver — anytime I’ve run into software issues or needed troubleshooting, they’ve been responsive and supportive. As someone who is still fairly new to the photo booth industry, I’ve been very impressed with the overall quality of Photo Master’s products. Even though the Draw Me Bot comes with a bit of a learning curve, I can already tell that once fully mastered, it will be a powerful and exciting option to offer my clients. Overall, I’m happy with my purchase and excited to continue learning and integrating it into my business.
