For the $250+ price I expected 'stetson' like quality hat. Actual hat was lower quality polyester, much like you would buy at a county fair or even a craft store . There was also small amount of glue on the edges. Pretty hat, just not quality as I had expected. Arrived on time, no customer service issues.

Beautifully done. Absolutely love it. Does rub on my forehead a little though
